Hey what up. I just wanted to share my testimony. Please excuse me if my grammar is bad. So here we go. I grew up all my life like most young Christians. I was raised in a Christian home, went to a Christian school. I did the whole thing. My whole life I was taught that all you had to do was to say a prayer and you would go to heaven and everything would be good. I was completely wrong.
But back then I thought I was a Christian. When I was a little kid I was in and out of Churches, my family and I never belonged to a Church. I never felt like I was comfortable at Church. And I never wanted to go to Church. I hated the fact that I would have to wake up early and go to Church.
When I got to High School I went down the totally wrong path. My friends and I were constantly getting in trouble, I would always cuss, and my life just went bad when I got to High School. But throughout my life I kept one of my best friends (Derek Brower). When I got to High School Derek was always asking me to go to church with him to a church called
Summer was approaching and I had been going to Compass for a little while. And everybody was so stoked about this Missions trip that they were going to take to
While in
And that’s about it, now I am a 16 year old child of God living everyday for Him and I love it. I can not explain how much my life changed after I gave my life to God. I have made a 180 degree turn in my life. At school I have stopped getting in trouble, I have made new friends at school. It has just been so cool to see the change in my life in the past year. And most of all I owe all the thanks to God. But also I want to thank Bobby and everybody else at CBC that has helped me along the way.
